Think Pink Candy Winner

Hi Everyone,
Sandy here to announce the winner of the Think Pink Candy.

First of all, I'd like to thank everyone who took part and for all of the lovely comments left on the post. There are so many of us that in one way or another has been affected by cancer. Several of you shared in your comments that you are survivors of breast cancers, whilst others told of friends and family members who are currently fighting the disease or sadly loved ones who have lost the battle to cancer. Very often while reading your comments, I was moved to tears.

So once again; thank you for helping to raise awareness of this topic, for sharing your personal experiences and your memories of lost loved ones.

Even though the end of October brings the National Breast Cancer Awareness month to a close, "Thinking Pink" doesn't and shouldn't stop here. Fund raising events, donations and other ways to support cancer charities and those affected need to be an ongoing effort throughout the whole year.

At LLC, you can buy the Pink Ribbon Charm and thereby support Breast Cancer Care UK. The price of the charm is £1.20 of which £1 will be donated to BCC (20p VAT are for HMRC).

...and now what you all have been waiting for...
Time to find out who the lucky winner of the candy is, shall we?

Congratulations Regena, please contact me, Sandy with your address within a week from today, so I can have these pink goodies sent off to you!

Lastly I'd like to share with you a poem by Robert L. Lynn, that has brought comfort to many victims of this cruel disease.

Thanks for "Thinking Pink" with LLC!
